How bookings work
Norliza is represented by speaker bureaus globally. Whenever possible, we direct booking enquiries through the bureau that represents Norliza in your region.
You're welcome to enquire directly through our website. If you do, we'll either respond to you ourselves or route your enquiry to the appropriate bureau partner. Either way, you'll always know who you're dealing with.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete the enquiry form, download the speaker packet, subscribe to updates, or email us directly, we collect what you share, which typically includes:
- Your name, email address, and organisation
- Event details (date, location, audience, topic, budget range)
- Any other context you choose to share
Information we collect automatically
Like most professional websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit:

How long we keep your information

- Up to 3 years after the enquiry or event completion.
- Contracts and financial records
- 7 years, as required by Australian tax and business law.
- Marketing list
- Until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
- Analytics data
- Aggregated data is retained indefinitely. Individual user data is retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default).
When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymise it.
International data transfers
Norliza is based in Australia. If you're contacting us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in Australia, or in other countries where our service providers operate (primarily the United States and the European Union). We use service providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards.
How we protect your information
We use SSL encryption for data in transit, restrict access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, store data on secure servers with appropriate firewalls, and review our security practices regularly.
No online system is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

The Liza Pavlakos Foundation is a charitable initiative that collects goods and in-kind donations rather than monetary contributions. Any personal information you share with the Foundation through this website is governed by this Privacy Policy.
